The Redirect is part of the Design & Test tab.

The redirect to this URL box is where you can add a URL and participants will be redirected to this URL after completion. By default, if you don’t change this box, participants will be redirected to a feedback survey about their experience with Qualia. You can delete this link and leave it empty or add a link of your preference.

For example, you can add a redirect to your website, or to a closed questions survey etc.
